Affiliates must follow our rules to be part of the Affiliate Program. If an affiliate does not follow these rules, his account may be suspended or terminated.

Fake Leads & Fraud Activities

• Affiliates cannot generate fake clients or false enquiries.
• Self-referrals (buying website services in your own name) are strictly prohibited.
• Any fraudulent activity (such as payment manipulation) will result in immediate account ban.

Misrepresentation of Services

• Affiliates will not make false or misleading claims about 360dhiman.com’s services.

• Inflating or misguiding the price or features of the Services is not allowed.

Spamming Activities

• Email spamming, SMS blasting or WhatsApp bulk messaging is strictly prohibited.
• Contacting a client without their permission is against affiliate rules.

Unauthorized Advertising

• Affiliates cannot use our brand name to run Google Ads, Facebook Ads or paid promotions without prior approval.
• Promoting affiliate links on porn, adult, gambling or illegal websites is strictly prohibited.

Brand Misuse

• Affiliates must use 360dhiman.com logo, brand name and creatives only in the approved format.
• Using the 360dhiman name in any misleading way is not allowed.

Multiple Accounts Creation

• Creating multiple affiliate accounts for a single person is not allowed.
• If detected, all accounts will be terminated and pending payout will be cancelled.

Inactive Affiliates

• If an affiliate does not bring a single client for 2–3 months, his account will be automatically suspended.
